Common use of Antisocial Forces Clause in Contracts

Antisocial Forces. Neither such Purchaser nor any of its directors, officers, shareholders or, to the Knowledge of such Purchaser, employees or agents, is an Antisocial Force or falls under the definition of Antisocial Force or has any (a) relationships by which its management is considered to be controlled by any Antisocial Force, (b) relationships by which any Antisocial Force is considered to be involved substantially in its management, (c) relationships by which it is considered to unlawfully utilize any Antisocial Force for the purpose of securing unjust advantage for itself or any third party or of causing damage to any third party, (d) relationships by which it is considered to offer funds or provide benefits to any Antisocial Force or (e) persons involved substantially in its management having socially condemnable relationships with any Antisocial Force.

Antisocial Forces. Neither None of such Purchaser party nor any of its such party’s directors, officers, shareholders or, to the Knowledge of such Purchaser, employees or agents, agents is an Antisocial Force or falls under the definition of Antisocial Force or has any any: (a) relationships by which its management is considered to be controlled by any Antisocial Force, ; ​ (b) relationships by which any Antisocial Force is considered to be involved substantially in its management, ; (c) relationships by which it is considered to unlawfully utilize any Antisocial Force for the purpose of securing unjust advantage for itself or any third party or of causing damage to any third party, ; (d) relationships by which it is considered to offer funds or provide benefits to any Antisocial Force or Force; or (e) persons officers or other individuals involved substantially in its management having socially condemnable relationships with any Antisocial Force.
