Common use of Antifraud Clause in Contracts

Antifraud. There is no justification or excuse for the deliberate submission of information that is not adjusted to reality or for the misrepresentation of the facts. This type of activity could be considered as fraud and it can result in the civil and criminal liability for Cenit’s workers as well as for the Company itself. These guidelines are designed to help not only the workers but all the persons that have a business relationship with Cenit to identify potential fraud events and to ensure an adequate process for the prevention, detection and response to fraud, in order to contribute to the mitigation of the fraud risks. ▪ Fraud Types
