Anticorruption Laws. Supplier and its employees, temporary workers, agents, consultants, partners, officers, directors, members or representatives of Supplier and its Subcontractors, if any, performing Services or other activities under this Agreement (each and any of the foregoing individuals, for the purpose of this Section, a “Supplier Representative”) shall comply with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and all applicable anticorruption laws (including commercial bribery laws).
