Common use of Anticipated Change in Control Clause in Contracts

Anticipated Change in Control. “Anticipated Change in Control” means any set of circumstances that, as determined by resolution adopted by the Committee in its sole discretion, poses a real, substantial and immediate probability of leading to a Change in Control. The occurrence of an Anticipated Change in Control shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as an occurrence of a Change in Control for purposes of this Agreement.
