Common use of Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Laws Clause in Contracts

Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Managing Member, in its own name and on behalf of the Company, shall be authorized without the consent of any Person, including any other Member, to take such action as it determines in its discretion to be necessary or advisable to comply with any anti-money laundering or anti-terrorist laws, rules, regulations, directives or special measures, including the actions contemplated in any Subscription Agreement.
