Anti-Identity Theft Delegation. To the extent that a Fund has covered accounts that allow redemption proceeds to go to third parties, UFS will assume Anti-Identity Theft monitoring duties for the Fund under this Agreement, pursuant to legal requirements. Any out of pocket expenses occurred in this regard are due and payable by the Fund.
