Common use of Anti-Identity Theft Delegation Clause in Contracts

Anti-Identity Theft Delegation. To the extent that a Fund has covered accounts that allow redemption proceeds to go to third parties, GFS will assume Anti-Identity Theft monitoring duties for the Fund under this Agreement, pursuant to legal requirements. Any out of pocket expenses occurred in this regard are due and payable by the Fund.

Any out In consideration of pocket expenses occurred the performance of any such duties by GFS, the Trust would agree to pay GFS for the reasonable administrative expense that may be associated with such additional duties in this regard are due the amount as the parties may from time to time agree in writing in accordance with Section 3 (Fees and payable by Expenses) of the FundAgreement.
