Anti-corruption law. (a) Each Obligor and its Subsidiaries shall conduct their business in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws; and (b) Each Obligor shall ensure that no proceeds of the Program Debt will be applied in a manner or for a purpose prohibited by Anti-Corruption Laws.
