Common use of Anti-Alienation Clause in Contracts

Anti-Alienation. To the extent permitted by law, benefits to a Trust beneficiary under this Agreement may not be anticipated, assigned, alienated or subject to attachment, garnishment, levy, execution or other legal or equitable process and no benefit actually paid to a Trust beneficiary by the Trustee shall be subject to any claim for repayment by ConAgra or the Trustee.
