Common use of ANPP Switchyard Clause in Contracts

ANPP Switchyard. Its Pro Rata Share of the Hassayampa CRR of all 17 Operating Costs pertaining to the ANPP Switchyard (including but not limited 18 to overhead expenses, applicable labor loading charges, and administrative 19 and general expenses) as defined and provided in the ANPP Switchyard 20 Participation Agreement.
