The 'Annual training programme' clause requires an organization to establish and implement a structured schedule of training activities for its employees each year. Annual training programme. At the commencement of each year, the Operator shall prepare an annual training programme in consultation with the Authority with minimum [45 (forty five) hours] of training attended by each employee annually till 3 (three) years from the COD of 1st Lot of Buses. After the [3 (three)] years from the COD of 1st Lot of Buses, minimum of [20 (twenty)] hours of training shall be attended by each employee annually. The Operator shall be obligated to conduct training courses as per the aforesaid annual training programme.
