(a) The Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee, and each Rating Agency, prior to March 31 of each calendar year, beginning with March 31, 2015, an officer’s certificate signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer (the “Servicer’s Annual Certification”) in substantially the form of Exhibit B-2.
