Organizational structure, as set forth in Table IV.A; v. Equitable treatment of customer classes, as set forth in Table IV.B.1.c; vi. Supply procurement activities, as set forth in Table IV.B.2; vii. Representatives of all notifications sent during the previous year; viii. Methods of Public Access, as set forth in Table IV.B.7.c.iii; and ix. Other funding source/costs to participants, if applicable
