Annual Maximum Amount. The maximum Performance Incentive amount payable each Operating Year will equal five percent (5%) of the gross Residential Collection Service payment the Contractor is eligible to receive for that Operating Year. The monthly Performance Incentive payment amount will be determined as stated on the attached Exhibit 5. The Town will evaluate the Contractor's performance monthly, determine any Performance Incentives earned, and disburse the earned amounts quarterly as a lump sum payment in accordance with the following schedule: October through December January 30th January through March April 30th April through June July 30th July through September October 30th
