Common use of Annual Forecasts Clause in Contracts

Annual Forecasts. As soon as available and in any event no later than 45 days after the end of each Fiscal Year, forecasts prepared by management of the Parent Guarantor, in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements on a monthly basis for the Fiscal Year following such Fiscal Year and on an annual basis for each Fiscal Year thereafter until the Termination Date.

As soon as available and in any event no later than 45 15 days after before the end of each Fiscal Year, forecasts prepared by management of the Parent GuarantorBorrower, in form satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgents and the Lender Parties, of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements on a monthly basis for the Fiscal Year following such Fiscal Year and on an annual basis for each Fiscal Year thereafter until the Termination Date.

As soon as available and in any event no later than 45 15 days after the end of each Fiscal Yearfiscal year of the Parent Guarantor, forecasts prepared by management of the Parent Guarantor, in form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements on a monthly basis for the Fiscal Year following such Fiscal Year fiscal year and on an annual basis for the shorter period of (i) the four fiscal years thereafter, and (ii) each Fiscal Year fiscal year thereafter until the Termination Final Maturity Date.
