Common use of Annual Fee Increase Clause in Contracts

Annual Fee Increase. On each anniversary date of this Agreement, Manager may increase its fees by a percentage equal to the percentage increase, if any, in the United States Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers (U.S. City Average) published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics ("CPI") for the preceding twelve months. Manager shall give immediate written notice to the Company of any such increase.
