Common use of Annual Fee Increase Clause in Contracts

Annual Fee Increase. All Fees are subject to annual increases in an amount not to exceed the annual increase in the Annual Inflation Index for the Territory (on a cumulative basis from the Service Start Date), the first such increase to be calculated and effective on the first anniversary of the Service Start Date.
