Common use of Annual Facility Fee Clause in Contracts

Annual Facility Fee. Borrower hereby agrees to pay to the Lender an annual facility fee of one-quarter of one percent (.25%) of the Maximum Line, due and payable on an annual basis on each anniversary of the date hereof.

Annual Facility Fee. The Borrower hereby agrees to shall pay to the Lender an annual facility fee of one-quarter equal to one eighth of one percent (.250.125%) of the Maximum Line, Line which shall be due and payable in equal quarterly installments on an annual basis on each anniversary of the date hereofhereof and the first day of each calendar quarter thereafter other than January 1, 2000, which fee shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable upon payment.
