Annual Commitment. During the Term of this Agreement the Consultant agrees to provide the services of the Manager for forty-eight (48) weeks in each year to be mutually agreed between the Company and the Consultant. If the Manager works for more than forty-eight (48) weeks in any calendar year, the Consultant may at its sole discretion accept on behalf of the Manager a cash payout equal to the fee that would be payable for those days.
