Common use of Annual Bonus and Other Incentive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Annual Bonus and Other Incentive Compensation. During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus based upon achieving targeted financial objectives or other performance goals, in accordance with the annual bonus plan established by the Board. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in such other annual bonus and incentive compensation programs as the Board shall make available to executive officers.

During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus based upon achieving targeted financial objectives or other performance goalsobjectives, in accordance with the annual bonus plan established by the Board. During Executive during the Term, Executive Term shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus of 60% of Base Salary based upon achieving targeted financial objectives or other performance goalsobjectives, provided the Executive may, in accordance with the annual bonus plan established by the BoardCompensation Committee, receive a greater or lesser annual bonus if such targeted financial objectives are exceeded or only partially met. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in such other annual bonus and incentive compensation programs as the Board Compensation Committee shall make available to executive officers.
