Owner hereby agrees to execute sufficient Work Orders and agreements for Other Work with Contractor under this Agreement so that the Annual Project Sum shall total no less than Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000.00) per Contract Year and the Aggregate Project Sum shall total no less than Three Hundred Twenty Five Million Dollars ($325,000,000.00) during the Term.
