Announcements and Press Releases. Any press releases or any other public announcements by any party hereto concerning this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereunder shall be approved in advance by the other parties hereto; provided, however, that Vision Twenty-One may make such disclosures as are required under federal and state securities laws in the opinion of counsel to Vision Twenty-One and Vision Twenty-One will provide copies of any announcements and press releases to the other parties hereto prior to general disclosure.
