Annexation Required. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Property must be annexed by the City of Sparks before the Project may be developed as described herein. Master Developer has submitted an Annexation Application in accordance herewith as Case No. PCN17-0050 (AX16-0003), and the terms and conditions of any approval of such application shall be deemed in conformance with and incorporated by reference as part of the Land Plan and Infrastructure Plan.
Annexation Required. If a request for new service connections is for a property that is located within the area defined as “Town Service Area” in Exhibit D, the City’s approval of the new request for service connections for the property shall be conditioned upon the property being annexed into the Town.
