ANNEX C: DEFERRED PAYMENT FACILITY TERMS. This Annex sets forth the terms and conditions governing Client’s access to and use of certain products and services made available by Prime Broker in connection with and pursuant to a Deferred Payment Facility (the “Deferred Payment Facility Terms”).
