Anderson. In addition to the duties of the Chairman of the Boa▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ attendant to such position set forth in the Company By-Laws, Mr. Anderson shall have management responsibilities for analyzing pote▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇gic alternatives regarding the separation of the Company's gas and electric businesses, and, if approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, the implementation thereof, and in such capacity the President or other chief officer of the gas business shall report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (as well as to the President and Chief Executive Officer).
