and Section 10. The Servicer or the Issuer will furnish notice of such election to the Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Rating Agency no later than 10 Business Days prior to the proposed Redemption Date and, provided that sufficient funds are received by the Servicer, the Servicer on behalf of the Issuer shall deposit in the Distribution Account an amount equal to the Redemption Price of the Notes to be redeemed on the Redemption Date.
