Common use of and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

With respect to its Revolver Commitment, Special Purpose Commitment, its Advances, and any Loan Papers, NationsBank, N.A. has the same Rights under this Agreement as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not Administrative Agent. NationsBank, N.A. and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, act as trustee under indentures of, and generally engage in any kind of business with, any Obligor, any Affiliate thereof, and any Person who may do business therewith, all as if NationsBank, N.A. were not Administrative Agent and without any duty to account therefor to any Lender.

N. A. were not Administrative Agent and without any duty to account therefor to any Lender.
