Ancillary Traffic Sample Clauses
The Ancillary Traffic clause defines the rules and conditions governing secondary or incidental data or communications that are not the primary focus of a service or agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies how such non-primary traffic—such as background data transfers, administrative messages, or support-related communications—will be handled, monitored, or billed. By establishing clear boundaries and expectations for ancillary traffic, the clause helps prevent disputes over resource usage and ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding non-core activities.
