Ancillary Access Clause Samples

Ancillary Access. Facility shall provide to Students and Faculty the use of Facility’s cafeteria, conference rooms, dressing rooms and library as available and as required by the Program and without charge except for food consumed by the participants.

Ancillary Access. The Grantor covenants and agrees to and with the Grantee that the Grantor grants, conveys, confirms and transfers to the Grantee, its servants, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, licensees, administrators, successors and assigns, together with machinery, vehicles, equipment and materials, the right at all times to enter upon and to pass and re-pass over such of the Lands of the Grantor as may reasonably be required for the purpose of ingress to and egress from the Right of Way Area, and this right includes the temporary storage of materials during the repair or maintenance of the Works.
