Analytical Services. A. PRAECIS desires to have ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ provided a CA for each lot of *** manufactured at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ facility according to the in-process limits attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "In-Process Limits"). A CA will accompany each lot of *** shipped.
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and PRAECIS agree to jointly establish a release procedure for *** manufactured by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall obtain prior written approval from PRAECIS for any exemption in the In-Process Limits. If, at any time, *** produced for PRAECIS fails to meet the In-Process Limits, PRAECIS and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agree to work together in good faith to attempt to resolve any such problem through rework of the ***, as appropriate, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will perform a failure investigation and report results to PRAECIS.
C. Any changes to the In-Process Limits must be approved and signed by authorized representatives of both parties as may be designated from time to time.
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will maintain retention samples no greater than 0.5 gram of each lot of *** produced for a period of (1) year from the date of shipment. Such samples will be returned to PRAECIS or it's designate upon request by PRAECIS.
E. Analytical methods will be validated and reports will be provided to PRAECIS. As necessary, cross-validation will be performed with other parties.
Analytical Services. At the direction of the Client Agency, the Contractor may procure analytical services provided by a laboratory that is currently under contract with the State. If the laboratory providing analytical services is under contract with the State, payment for such services shall be limited to the rates set forth in the contract between the laboratory and the State. A Contractor shall not unless authorized by the Client Agency, utilize a laboratory whose charges for the analytical services provided would exceed the maximum charges for such services using a laboratory under contract with the State. Each invoice which includes charges for laboratory analysis or other analytic services shall include invoices for all such charges, and a copy of the chain of custody documentation for all such analysis. If the laboratory performing analysis or providing analytical services is under contract with the State, either the laboratory itself or the Contractor may submit an invoice to the Client Agency regarding such services. If the invoice is submitted by a Contractor, such Contractor shall ensure that the invoice for analytical services: (1) notes that the laboratory performing such services is under contract with the State; (2) contains the applicable contract number; and (3) accurately reflects charges for the analyses requested.
Analytical Services. MH shall perform the necessary analyses for quality control of the Plant’s raw materials, semi-finished and finished Products, according to written analytical methods and procedures to be established by RP and furnished to and agreed upon by MH from time to time. MH shall provide the managerial and operating personnel necessary to perform such quality control functions. MH personnel shall be authorized to sign Certificates of Analysis related to the Products on behalf of RP, provided that such Products, in MH’s sole discretion, comply with specification for same established by MH and agreed to by RP in the Supply Agreement.

We have worked with clients over the years to improve the efficiency and capabilities of this process. We will be able to deliver a plan for final approval of OHA within 60 days after contract execution. Since most of the code is already in place for this project, implementation should be a smooth process.
