An IMPASSE Clause Samples

An IMPASSE is supposed in the case when no decision has been taken after one of the SHAREHOLDERS has notified the other SHAREHOLDER that there is a matter to be decided and a term of 30 (thirty) days counted from the receipt of such notification has elapsed.
