An F.T. O. must meet the requirements prescribed by management and be so designated.
An F.T. O. Coordinator (Sergeant) may receive no less than one (1) hour of overtime per week for duties required of that position provided the duties are completed outside their regularly scheduled shift, and they have exceeded forty (40) hours in a work week as prescribed in Section 1 of this Article.
