An Authority. to Clear must be provided to Opendoor Homes in writing and sent to the address cited in clause 1.6.2 of this agreement. You must also send Opendoor Homes an electronic copy of any Authority to Clear issued via the Opendoor Homes website. If we do not actually receive your Authority to Clear it will not be treated as having been served on us.
