Common use of Amounts Remaining in Funds and Accounts Clause in Contracts

Amounts Remaining in Funds and Accounts. It is agreed by the parties hereto that any amounts remaining in the Funds and Accounts under the Bond Indenture upon (i) expiration or sooner termination of this Base Lease Agreement as provided herein or after payment in full of the Bonds (or provision for payment thereof having been made in accordance with the provisions of the Bond Indenture), and (ii) payment of fees and expenses of the Bond Trustee in accordance with the Bond Indenture, shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Bond Indenture.
