Common use of Amounts Payable Under this Security Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amounts Payable Under this Security Agreement. If the Grantor fails to pay on demand the amount of any obligations referred to in this Security Agreement, the Bank may pay such amount at its option and without any obligation to do so and without waiving any default occasioned by the Grantor's failure to pay such amount. All amounts so paid by the Bank, together with reasonable attorneys' fees and all other costs, charges and expenses relating to the Indebtedness, shall be a part of the Indebtedness and shall bear interest at the highest rate chargeable on any Indebtedness until paid in full.
