Amounts Owed to Issuing Bank. An Issuing Bank shall have the right to receive solely for its own account, and in addition to the issuance fee provided for in Section 4.7(a)(i), such amounts as Borrower may agree, in writing, to pay for such Issuing Bank's out-of-pocket costs of issuing and servicing Facility Letters of Credit.
