Common use of Amounts, etc Clause in Contracts

Amounts, etc. Any portion of the Term Loan which is a Eurodollar Loan relating to any Interest Period shall be in the amount of $5,000,000 or a whole multiple or $1,000,000 in excess thereof. No Interest Period relating to the Term Loan or any portion thereof which is a Eurodollar Loan shall extend beyond the Term Loan Maturity Date.

No Interest Period relating to the Term Loan or any portion thereof which is a Eurodollar Rate Loan shall extend beyond the date on which a regularly scheduled installment payment of the principal of the Term Loan Maturity Dateis to be made unless a portion of the Term Loan at least equal to such installment payment is a Base Rate Loan.
