Common use of Amount Secured Clause in Contracts

Amount Secured. Notwithstanding the principal amount of the Debenture and the interest rate provided therein on such principal amount, the obligations secured by the deposit thereof to the Holder pursuant hereto shall not exceed the amount of the Liabilities together with the amounts, other than the principal sum and interest on the principal sum, from time to time owing by the Debtor as provided in the Debenture.
