Amount of the Purchaser’s Funding in the event of a Potential Early Amortisation Event. In the event that a Potential Early Amortisation Event occurs, and as long as such Potential Early Amortisation Event is continuing, the amount of the Purchaser’s Funding shall be limited to the amount of the Purchaser’s Funding on the Funded Settlement Date before such Potential Early Amortisation Event has occurred.
