Common use of Amount of Solicitation Fee Clause in Contracts

Amount of Solicitation Fee. The Company shall pay Broker a fee consisting of a cash payment equal to ten percent of the total proceeds received from the exercise of those Public Warrants for whom Broker was properly designated as the soliciting broker on the Exercise Form of the Warrant Certificate evidencing the Public Warrants exercised (the “Solicitation Fee”).

Amount of Solicitation Fee. The Company shall pay Broker a fee consisting of a cash payment equal to ten five percent (5%) of the total proceeds received from the exercise of those Public Redeemable Warrants for whom which Broker was is properly designated and confirmed in writing as the soliciting broker on by the Exercise Form holders of the Warrant Certificate evidencing the Public Redeemable Warrants exercised during the Solicitation Period (the “Solicitation Fee”).
