Common use of Amount of Debentures Clause in Contracts

Amount of Debentures. The aggregate principal amount of Debentures which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture is $59,500,000 except for Debentures authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Debentures pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.5 or 3.6.

Amount of Debentures. The aggregate principal amount of Debentures which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture is $59,500,000 118,600,000 except for Debentures authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Debentures pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.5 or 3.6.

The aggregate principal amount of Debentures which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture is $59,500,000 360,824,750 except for Debentures authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Debentures pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.5 or 3.63.6 herein.

The aggregate principal amount of Debentures which may be authenticated and delivered under this Subordinated Indenture is $59,500,000 except 266,752,600 for Debentures authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Debentures pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.5 or 3.6.

The aggregate principal amount of Debentures which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture is shall not exceed $59,500,000 225,000,000 (except for Debentures authenticated and delivered upon registration of, of transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Debentures pursuant to Sections 3.42.07, 3.5 2.08, 2.09, 2.10, 3.04, 15.02 or 3.6Appendix A).
