Common use of Amount of Advance Clause in Contracts

Amount of Advance. We will pay you the Advance for all of your right, title, and interest in and to the Specified Amount of Future Receivables, which is equal to the Purchase Priceminusthe Outstanding Amount. If, after the Effective Date but before we fund the Advance under this Agreement, you make payments on Future Receivables that we purchased from you under the Existing Terminating Revenue Share Agreement and that remained undelivered as of the Effective Date, those payments will be deemed a partial payment of the Specified Amount under this Agreement.
