Common use of Amount; Form and Denominations Clause in Contracts

Amount; Form and Denominations. The aggregate number of Units evidenced by Certificates authenticated, executed and delivered hereunder is limited to (.) except for Certificates authenticated, executed and delivered upon registration of transfer of, in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Certificates pursuant to Section 3.4, 3.5, 3.10, 3.13 or 8.5. The Certificates shall be issuable only in registered form and only in denominations of a single Unit and any integral multiple thereof. On the date of issuance of the Global Units, the Company shall allocate $(.) of the purchase price thereof to the Preferred Securities and $(.) of the purchase price to the Warrants.
