Amount; Form and Denominations. The aggregate number of Securities evidenced by Certificates authenticated, executed on behalf of the Holders and delivered hereunder is limited to 17,250,000 (including 2,250,000 relating to the Underwriters' over-allotment option), except for Certificates authenticated, executed and delivered upon registration of transfer of, in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Certificates pursuant to Section 3.4, 3.5, 3.10, 3.13, 3.14, 5.9 or 8.5. The Certificates shall be issuable only in registered form and only in denominations of a single PEPS Unit or Treasury PEPS Unit and any integral multiple thereof.

The Certificates shall be issuable only in registered form and only in denominations of a single PEPS Unit or Treasury PEPS Unit and any integral multiple thereof.
