Common use of Amount and Utilization Clause in Contracts

Amount and Utilization. 3.1 The total eligible costs of the Project amount to CHF 3’292’004,- (three million two hundred ninety-two thousand and four Swiss Francs). Amounts stated in this article in Swiss Francs are binding to Contracting Parties. 3.2 Switzerland shall provide a Grant of up to CHF 2'798'203, - (two million seven hundred ninety-eight thousand two hundred and three Swiss francs), to the Slovak Republic for the implementation of the Project defined in Art. 2 of this Project Agreement. 3.3 The Grant shall cover a maximum of 85 % of the total eligible costs defined in Art. 3.1 of this Project Agreement. This percentage shall not be exceeded during the project implementation. It shall be calculated on the basis of effective costs in Swiss Francs. The NCU shall ensure the timely provision of the co-financing of up to CHF 424'727,- (four hundred twenty-four thousand seven hundred and twenty-seven Swiss francs) i.e. 12,9 % of the eligible costs in Swiss Francs by the Slovak Republic State Budget. The rest of the co-financing i.e. minimum 2,1 % of the eligible costs shall be provided by the Executing Agency.

Amount and Utilization. 3.1 The total eligible costs budget of the Project amount amounts to CHF 3’292’004,- 1'241'500.- (three one million two hundred ninety-two forty- one thousand and four five hundred Swiss Francs) (see annex 2 of this Project Agreement). Amounts stated in this article in Swiss Francs are binding to Contracting Parties. 3.2 Switzerland shall provide a Grant of up to CHF 2'798'203, - 949’000.- (two million seven hundred ninety-eight thousand two nine hundred and three forty-nine thousand Swiss francsFrancs), to the Slovak Republic for the implementation of the Project defined in Art. 2 of this Project Agreement. 3.3 The Grant shall cover a maximum of 85 77.4% of the total eligible costs defined of CHF 1’226’000.- (one million two hundred and twenty-six thousand Swiss Francs) of the Project in Art. 3.1 of this Project AgreementSwiss Francs. This percentage shall not be exceeded during the project implementation. It shall be calculated on the basis of effective costs in Swiss Francs. The NCU shall ensure the timely provision of the co-financing of up to CHF 424'727,- 168'000.- (four hundred twenty-four thousand seven one hundred and twentysixty-seven eight thousand Swiss francs) i.e. 12,9 Francs) i. e. 13.7% of the eligible costs in Swiss Francs by the Slovak Republic State Budget. The rest of the co-financing i.e. minimum 2,1 8.9% of the eligible costs shall be provided by the Executing Agency.

Amounts stated in this article in Swiss Francs are binding to Contracting Parties. 3.2 Switzerland shall provide a Grant of up to CHF 2'798'203, - 5'539'305,- (two five million seven five hundred ninety-eight thirty- nine thousand two three hundred and three five Swiss francs), to the Slovak Republic for the implementation of the Project defined in Art. 2 of this Project Agreement. 3.3 The Grant shall cover a maximum of 85 % of the total eligible costs defined in Art. 3.1 of this Project Agreement. This percentage shall not be exceeded during the project implementation. It shall be calculated on the basis of effective costs in Swiss Francs. The NCU shall ensure the timely provision of the co-financing of up to CHF 424'727,- 666'903,- (four six hundred twentysixty-four six thousand seven nine hundred and twenty-seven three Swiss francs) i.e. 12,9 10,23 % of the eligible costs in Swiss Francs by the Slovak Republic State Budget. The rest of the co-co- financing i.e. minimum 2,1 4,77 % of the eligible costs shall be provided by the Executing Agency.

Amounts stated in this article in Swiss Francs are binding to Contracting Parties. 3.2 Switzerland shall provide a Grant of up to CHF 2'798'203, - 5'519'425,- (two five million seven five hundred ninety-eight nineteen thousand two four hundred and three twenty-five Swiss francs), to the Slovak Republic for the implementation of the Project defined in Art. 2 of this Project Agreement. 3.3 The Grant shall cover a maximum of 85 % of the total eligible costs defined in Art. 3.1 of this Project Agreement. This percentage shall not be exceeded during the project implementation. It shall be calculated on the basis of effective costs in Swiss Francs. The NCU shall ensure the timely provision of the co-financing of up to CHF 424'727,- 664'635,- (four six hundred twentysixty-four thousand seven six hundred and twentythirty-seven five Swiss francs) i.e. 12,9 10,24 % of the eligible costs in Swiss Francs by the Slovak Republic State Budget. The rest of the co-co- financing i.e. minimum 2,1 4,76 % of the eligible costs shall be provided by the Executing Agency.
