Amount and Denominations; Currency of Payment. The aggregate principal amount in which the Notes may be initially issued under this Thirty-First Supplemental Indenture is limited to $750,000,000. The Issuer, without the consent of the Holders thereof, may issue additional Notes from time to time after the date hereof; provided that such additional Notes must have the same ranking, interest rate, maturity and other terms as the initially issued Notes.
