Common use of Amicable Resolution Clause in Contracts

Amicable Resolution. 16.1.1. No legal action till Dispute Settlement Procedure is exhausted. Any and all Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of Article 16. No action at law concerning or arising out of any Dispute shall be commenced unless and until all applicable Dispute resolution procedures set out in Article 16 shall have been finally exhausted in relation to that Dispute or any Dispute out of which that Dispute shall have arisen with which it may be or may have been connected.

Amicable Resolution. 16.1.1. 12.1.1 No legal action till Dispute Settlement Procedure is exhausted. Any and all Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of Article 1612. No action at law concerning or arising out of any Dispute shall be commenced unless and until all applicable Dispute resolution procedures set out in Article 16 12 shall have been finally exhausted in relation to that Dispute or any Dispute out of which that Dispute shall have arisen with which it may be or may have been connected.

Amicable Resolution. 16.1.1. 15.1.1 No legal action till Dispute Settlement Procedure is exhausted. Exhausted Any and all Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of Article 1615. No action at law concerning or arising out of any Dispute shall be commenced unless and until all applicable Dispute resolution procedures set out in Article 16 15 shall have been finally exhausted in relation to that Dispute or any Dispute out of which that Dispute shall have arisen with which it may be or may have been connected.

Amicable Resolution. 16.1.1. 9.1.1 No legal action till Dispute Settlement Procedure is exhausted. Any and all Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of Article 169. No action at law concerning or arising out of any Dispute shall be commenced unless and until all applicable Dispute resolution procedures set out in Article 16 9 shall have been finally exhausted in relation to that Dispute or any Dispute out of which that Dispute shall have arisen with which it may be or may have been connected.

Amicable Resolution. 16.1.1. 8.1.1 No legal action till Dispute Settlement Procedure is exhausted. Any and all Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of Article 168. No action at law concerning or arising out of any Dispute shall be commenced unless and until all applicable Dispute resolution procedures set out in Article 16 8 shall have been finally exhausted in relation to that Dispute or any Dispute out of which that Dispute shall have arisen with which it may be or may have been connected.
