Common use of Amicable Resolution Clause in Contracts

Amicable Resolution. (a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b).

Amicable Resolution. (a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b12.1(b).

Amicable Resolution. (aa.) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any a n y dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement Agreement, including those arising with regard to acts, decision or opinion of the Authority (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 Article (b)) below.

Amicable Resolution. (a) 12.1.1 Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "“Dispute"”) shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b)the clauses below.

(a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "“Dispute"”) shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 clause (b)) below.

(a) 20.3.1 Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b)20.3.2 below.

(a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 sub-clause (b)) below.

(a) 17.1.1 Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b)sub-article 17.1.2 below.

Amicable Resolution. (a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary otherwise in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement including non-completion of the Project between the Parties and so notified in writing by either Party to the other (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance shall be attempted to be resolved amicably by the Authority and failing such resolution of the same, in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 sub-clause (b)) below.

(a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "“Dispute"”) shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 Article (b)) below.

(a) Save 11.2.1 S a v e where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "“Dispute"”) shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b)the clauses below.

Save where expressly stated to the contrary otherwise in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement including non completion of the Agreement between the Parties and so notified in writing by either Party to the other (the "“Dispute"”) shall in the first instance shall be attempted to be resolved amicably by the Parties and failing such resolution of the same, in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b)below.

(a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement Agreement, including those arising with regard to acts, decision or opinion of the Construction Supervisor and / or Independent Engineer (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 Sub- article (b)) below.
