Amicable Relations. 22.01 It is agreed that there shall be no work stoppages or lockouts, or other work stoppages of whatsoever nature, throughout and during the term of this Agreement, providing that the parties signatory to this Agreement shall comply with the procedures set forth in this Agreement in settling disputes.
