Common use of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Amendments. Escrow Agent and Registry Operator shall amend the terms of the Escrow Agreement to conform to this Specification 2 within ten (10) calendar days of any amendment or modification to this Specification 2. In the event of a conflict between this Specification 2 and the Escrow Agreement, this Specification 2 shall control.

Amendments. Escrow Agent and Registry Operator Provider shall amend the terms of the Escrow Agreement to conform to this Specification 2 within ten (10) calendar days of any amendment or modification to this Specification 21. In the event of a conflict between this Specification 2 1 and the Escrow Agreement, this Specification 2 1 shall control.
